PCD President Philip Christopher Re-elected to Board of Directors of CTIA - The Wireless Association®

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. — Personal Communications Devices, LLC (www.pcdphones.com), a leading provider of wireless devices to service providers in North and South America for more than 25 years, announced today that Philip Christopher, president and CEO of PCD, has been re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors of CTIA -The Wireless Association®, the premier trade organization for the wireless industry. Mr. Christopher will serve a one-year term beginning January 1, 2012.
As a member of the CTIA Board of Directors, Mr. Christopher will continue to serve alongside other industry executives to review and define the association’s policies, goals and positions on issues and legislation affecting the industry.

Mr. Christopher has been actively involved in the wireless industry since 1983. He was first elected to the Board of Directors of CTIA in 1999 and served on the Executive Committee from 1999 – 2001 and July 2003 - present.
